New run
Business operations
Manage contacts, execute approved actions, and keep recurring work on track.
Business connections
Connect the systems you already use. Xylehnix reads only the permissions you approve and keeps outbound actions approval-first.
Twilio
Use a restricted Twilio API Key. Xylehnix encrypts the credential before storing it and never displays it again.
Missed-call follow-up
Forward calls to your team and text a booking link after a missed call, only when the caller has recorded SMS consent. Sends run 9am–8pm in your business timezone, with a maximum of one message per number per day.
In Twilio’s phone-number settings, set these webhooks to POST:
Use this only after the caller has explicitly agreed to business texts. Receiving a call alone is not consent.
How workers use connections
See recent conversations and identify follow-up opportunities. Sending stays controlled.
See upcoming appointments and availability so booking recommendations use real schedules.
See contacts and deals so workers can identify stale opportunities and next actions.
See recent call/message activity to surface missed calls, response gaps, and customer follow-up work.

Email safety
Bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes are tracked so marketing sends can avoid blocked addresses.
