Starting wholesale guides per client: Starter $149/mo · Growth $299/mo · Advanced $499/mo. These are suggested starting rates, subject to delivery costs. They do not change an existing quote or subscription.
Target: 60% contribution margin after estimated costs and fees, before taxes and any unallocated overhead. At the standard fee assumption below, monthly delivery budgets are about $53.93 / $108.53 / $181.33 respectively. If costs exceed the budget, raise the quote or reduce the scope. Agencies choose their own resale prices.
Package definitions and quoting checklist
A workflow is one trigger plus up to three supported actions. Implementation allowances are agreed service scope; they do not limit access to the shared Automations tools. Extra complexity, accounts or volume needs a revised quote.
- List the client’s problem, tools, volume and desired result.
- Choose a package and verify the requested actions are supported.
- Estimate costs, including your time, before setting the price.
- Record exact deliverables, setup amount, usage, approval needs and acceptance tests in the client quote.
- Agency reviews the saved scope and pays the monthly checkout. Handle setup payment separately before implementation.
- Connect, test, get client acceptance and review actual costs after the first month.
White label is managed delivery behind the agency. The current client portal carries Xylehnix branding. Never promise a fully rebranded platform as included.
Enter estimates or measured costs; zero means you expect no cost. Divide shared hosting, database, domain and software bills among realistic paying client counts. Include only costs Xylehnix pays. Your current server uses Render Starter; its complete bill and your AI usage have not been imported here.

Activation follows verified payment. Cancellations keep access through the paid period. Your customers’ own payments to your agency are separate.
